Increase Tool Usage (Need to evangelize and train the company on how to use the Rational tools)	Build Training Plan on process and Rational Tools
Develop Process Documentation (The architecture practice needs to work on this from a practice perspective and help lead the other practices as well.)
Select appropriate Artifacts and generate templates (examples include: glossary, use case models, object models, requirement documents, etc.)
