To keep heading down the path to success, we must continue to assess the relative priority of each objective and tactic and be prepared to adjust them accordingly given market, environment, technology and other factors.

Moreover, determining how we will track and measure the results of our activities will give us constant feedback as to how we are faring in achieving our goals.

The entire process will take many months to fully realize, and we may have to reset or establish new priorities and goals along the way. Once "finished", we'll continue to revisit the results to ensure our success.

Each practice has a responsibility to every other practice. You are accountable to the rest of the organization for achieving the goals outlined in this document. Likewise, you should consider your vital interest in what the rest of the practices are pursuing both in how they impact your practice, or need assistance from your practice, and the prioritized goals they are pursuing. Stay focused on the interdependence of every member of the team.
